We’ll show you around the academy and introduce you to your coach.
2. Warm-Up & Movement Drills
Simple drills that help you learn how to move on the mats.
3. Technique Instruction
You’ll learn a few fundamental techniques step-by-step with a partner.
4. Positional Training
Controlled practice where you apply what you just learned.
5. Optional Live Rolling
Some beginners try it on day one, others wait a few classes. Both are perfectly normal.
You don’t need experience.
